BAKED CHICKEN AND RICE (BACHELOR
STYLE)
 
2 cut up fryers
2 c. uncooked rice
1 can mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 to 2 1/2 cans water

In an oblong and big baking dish place rice, soups and water. Stir mixture together. Place pieces chicken on top of stuff you just mixed. Put a tad of salt and pepper on the chicken and season it. Bake at 350 degrees for 1.25 hours. Chow down!
