CHEESY POTATOES | |
6-8 potatoes 3/4 stick butter 1 tbsp. flour 1 pt. milk 1 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated 1 sm. can pimentos, undrained 3/4 tsp. salt Pepper to taste Melt butter. Blend in flour. Add milk, grated cheese, pimentos and salt. Cook until thick. Boil, peel and slice potatoes. Layer sauce and potatoes and layer of sauce in large baking dish. Sprinkle with pepper. Bake 45 minutes at 400 degrees. |
