“BROCCOLI KIELBASA SKILLET” IS IN:

BROCCOLI KIELBASA SKILLET 
1 lb. light Polska Kielbasa sausage
14 oz. frozen broccoli florets
1/2 red bell pepper, cut in strips
6 oz. American cheese, cut in cubes or Velveeta Cheese slices
1/4 cup milk

In a large skillet, cook sausage, broccoli and red pepper for 10-15 minutes, until broccoli is tender-crisp, and sausage is cooked through.

While cooking, in a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the American cheese cubes and milk, stirring until thickened. Pour over sausage-broccoli mixture in pan; or, lay slices of Velveeta cheese over the sausage-vegetable mixture and let melt. Serve.

Makes 4 Servings.
