SKILLET CHICKEN AND BROCCOLI | |
4 boneless, skinless, chicken breasts 1 can condensed Broccoli and Cheese Soup 1 soup can of water 1 bag frozen broccoli or 2 cups fresh broccoli oil rice Heat oil in a large skillet. Brown the chicken on both sides. In a bowl, combine soup and water. Pour soup over chicken. Top with broccoli. Cover and simmer 15 minutes or until chicken is done and broccoli reaches desired tenderness. Serve over rice. Submitted by: Lisa Witherpsoon |
