SKILLET CHICKEN AND BROCCOLI 
4 boneless, skinless, chicken breasts
1 can condensed Broccoli and Cheese Soup
1 soup can of water
1 bag frozen broccoli or 2 cups fresh broccoli
oil
rice

Heat oil in a large skillet. Brown the chicken on both sides.

In a bowl, combine soup and water. Pour soup over chicken. Top with broccoli.

Cover and simmer 15 minutes or until chicken is done and broccoli reaches desired tenderness.

Serve over rice.
