MOM'S RICE PUDDING 
1 c. rice
1 qt. milk (skim)
1 c. Sprinkle Sweet (sugar substitute)
1/2 c. Egg Beaters (egg substitute)
2 tsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. cornstarch

Cook rice until soft. Mix cornstarch with sugar substitute and 1/2 cup milk and Egg Beaters. Put into rest of milk and cook until slightly thick, but not boiling. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar, 1 tablespoon each. Can cut in half.
