1 lb. ground beef
1 egg
1 sm. onion, diced
1/2 c. milk
1 c. crushed corn flakes
1 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
1 can mushroom soup

Combine meat, egg, onion, milk, corn flakes, salt and pepper. Roll in flour, brown in oil. Place in baking pan, covered with mushroom soup. Bake in 350 degree oven for 45 minutes. Yield: 6 servings.
