BUTTERSCOTCH CHEESECAKE BARS | |
1 (12 oz.) butterscotch bits 1/3 c. butter 2 c. graham crumbs 1 c. chopped nuts 1 (8 oz.) soft cream cheese 1 tsp. vanilla 1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand milk 1 egg Preheat oven to 350 degrees (325 degrees glass). In medium pan, melt bits and butter. Stir in crumbs and nuts. Press 1/2 mix firmly in greased 13 x 9 inch dish. In large mixer bowl, beat cheese until fluffy. Beat in milk, vanilla, and egg. Mix well. Pour into prepared dish. Top with rest of crumbs. Bake 25 to 30 minutes until toothpick clears. Cool before cutting. |
