CREAMY SPINACH CASSEROLE 
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen chopped spinach, thawed
1 pkg. (1.25 oz. or 1 8 oz. env.) dry onion soup mix
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. grated sharp cheddar cheese

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Butter a 1 quart baking dish. Drain spinach well in a colander. Squeeze out as much moisture as possible with your hands.

Combine spinach with dry soup mix and sour cream and blend well. Transfer to baking dish. Top with cheese and bake uncovered for 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Serves 6.
