CREAMY SPINACH CASSEROLE 
2 pkgs. frozen chopped spinach
1/2 bar butter, soft
4 oz. cream cheese, soft
1 tbsp. dried minced onion
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Bread crumbs, fine

Cook spinach and drain well. Mix in butter and cream cheese and turn into a small buttered baking dish. Mix Parmesan and fine bread crumbs. Sprinkle over spinach and bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until heated through. Bake at 350 degrees.
