TANGY VEGETABLE DIP 
2 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
1 c. cottage cheese
3/4 c. chopped green onion
1 tbsp. plus 1 1/2 tsp. prepared horseradish
1 tbsp. plus 1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 tsp. caraway seed
1 1/2 tsp. celery seed
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. hot pepper sauce
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
Sliced green onions, garnish
Assorted vegetables

Measure all ingredients except sliced green onion and vegetables into large bowl. Beat until smooth. Garnish with sliced green onions. Serve with vegetable dippers.

NOTE: All 3 salts are not necessary to make this dip tasty; one is sufficient when trying to reduce salt intake.
