ARTICHOKE DIP 
1 (14 oz.) can artichoke hearts, drained
1 pack Italian dressing mix (Good Seasons)
1 c. mayonnaise
Salt and pepper to taste
Paprika to garnish
Vegetables of choice to dip:
Carrot sticks
Cauliflowerettes
Cucumber slices
Yellow squash
Broccoli
Celery sticks

Chop or cut artichokes with kitchen shears. (Don't mash). Mix all ingredients. Chill. Serve with crisp vegetables (listed above).
