STUFFED GRAPE LEAVES 
1 jar grape leaves
1 lb. hamburger
1 c. rice, uncooked
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. allspice

Mix all together. Rinse leaves and open with shiny side down, place small amount of meat on each leaf. Fold one side, then the other, then roll tightly. Place all rolled leaves in a pan; place a plate on top. Cover all leaves with water and lemon juice (to taste). Boil for 45 minutes or until rice is cooked.
