DUMPLINGS 
1 egg beaten
1/2 c. milk
2/3 tsp. salt
3 tsp. baking powder
2 tbsp cornstarch
1/2 tsp. dehydrated parsley

Combine egg with milk and blend thoroughly. Add to dry ingredients which have been sifted together. The dough should be the consistency of a soft drop biscuit dough. Drop by spoonfuls on boiling stew and cook about 12-15 minutes. Do not raise lid while dumplings are steaming.
