STRAWBERRY SOUP 
2 pts. strawberries
1 c. orange juice
1 1/4 tsp. tapioca
1/8 tsp. allspice
1/8 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. lemon peel
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. buttermilk

Puree berries and pour into a pan. Add orange juice. In small bowl, mix tapioca and 1/4 cup berry mixture. Return to pan. Cook until slightly thickened. Pour into bowl and add sugar, lemon rind and juice and buttermilk. Cover and chill for 8 hours.
