CORNED BEEF CASSEROLE 
1 c. corned beef
1 (8 oz.) pkg. noodles, cooked per pkg. instructions
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 can + 2 tbsp. milk
1 med. onion, diced
1/2 c. celery, finely chopped
1/2 (8 oz.) pkg. American cheese, cubed
1 1/2 c. cracker crumbs
butter
Salt & pepper to taste

In a large casserole dish, mix first 6 ingredients. Bake about 45 minutes at 350 degrees.

About 15 minutes before serving, sprinkle crumbs and butter mixed together, over top. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake until nicely browned.

NOTE: This recipe can be made ahead and frozen. Thaw, add topping and bake.
