BAKED PEPPERS WITH CORNED BEEF 
6 green peppers
1 c. whole kernel corn
1 sm. onion, diced
1/3 tsp. pepper
2 c. chopped corned beef
1/2 c. buttered bread crumbs
1 c. thick white sauce

Wash peppers and cut off tops, remove seeds. Parboil for 3 minutes. Drain. Combine corn, corned beef, onions, and seasonings and white sauce. Fill peppers with mixture and top with bread crumbs. Set in greased baking dish. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes.
