SAUERKRAUT SALAD 
DRESSING:

1 c. vinegar
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. salad oil
1/4 tsp. black pepper

Bring to a boil and let cool. Pour over ingredients below and chill a day.

1 (22 oz.) can sauerkraut, drained
1 can garbanzo beans
1 c. celery, diced
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 c. grated carrot
2 oz. jar pimento
4 pineapple rings, diced
1/4 green pepper, chopped
