SURPRISING SAUERKRAUT SALAD 
1 (16 oz.) can sauerkraut, rinsed and drained
1 (16 oz.) can julienne-sliced beets, drained
1/4 c. thinly sliced green onions
1/4 c. cocktail peanuts
2 tbsp. beet juice
2 tbsp. peanut or salad oil
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. wine vinegar
1/2 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
Dash of cayenne pepper

Combine drained sauerkraut, beets, and onions. Put peanuts, beet juice, oil, soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, garlic powder, and cayenne in blender container. Blend until smooth.
