COLD SAUERKRAUT SALAD 
32 oz. sauerkraut
1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 c. sugar
1 green pepper, finely chopped
2 sm. onions, finely chopped
4 stalks celery, finely chopped

Drain and rinse sauerkraut in fresh cold water. Squeeze to remove excess water. Boil vinegar and dissolve sugar. Cool. Combine all ingredients. Chill.
