TAHITIAN PORK CHOPS 
4 lean pork chops
2 1/2 tbsp. soy sauce
1/8 tsp. ground ginger
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 egg
4 tbsp. bread crumbs

Combine soy sauce, egg, ginger, and garlic powder. Place bread crumbs in paper bag. Dip pork chops into egg mixture, seeing that chops are evenly coated. Shake in bread crumbs. Spray a flat pan with Pam. Lay the chops in it. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Turn and bake 20 minutes longer.
