TERIYAKI MARINADE | |
1/3 c. soy sauce 1/3 c. water 1/3 c. dry white wine 1 tsp. grated ginger 1 tsp. sugar 1/3 c. salad oil 1 garlic clove, crushed Mix all ingredients together. Marinate chicken breasts or sirloin steak for several hours. Drain meat. Then grill. Enough marinade for about 2 pounds of meat. |
