SALISBURY STEAKS 
1 lb. ground beef
1 c. oats
2 eggs
Salt & pepper to taste
1 can mushrooms, drained
1/2 c. onions
2 cans beef broth
2 tbsp. cornstarch

Mix first five ingredients. Shape into oval patties and fry. Pour broth over patties and add mushrooms. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes. Add cornstarch dissolved in 1/2 cup COLD water.
