DRIED BEEF SANDWICH FILLING 
1 can tomatoes (18-20 oz.)
1/4 lb. dried beef
1/4 lb. cheese
1 egg

Cook tomatoes down to 1 cup. Put dried beef and cheese through grinder. (I sometimes fry beef a bit first.) Break egg over beef and cheese. Add to tomatoes while hot. Stir well. Cool in refrigerator. Keeps well.
