TERIYAKI STIR - FRY 
1 pkg. Holly Farms nuggets (or chicken breast fillets, cut up)
4 tbsp. teriyaki sauce
1 c. broccoli flowerets
Oil
1 tsp. cornstarch
1/3 c. chicken broth
1/2 tsp. sugar

Combine chicken nuggets and 2 tablespoons teriyaki sauce. Stir-fry broccoli in 1 teaspoon oil for 1 minute. Remove. Stir-fry chicken in 2 tablespoons oil until brown on all sides. Combine 2 tablespoons teriyaki sauce and remaining ingredients. Pour over chicken and bring to boil. Add broccoli. Cover and simmer until chicken and broccoli are tender. Serve with rice. Serves 3.
