ENCHILADAS 
2 lbs. hamburger
1 sm. chopped onion
Taco seasoning
1/4 c. picante sauce
1 can enchilada sauce
9 inch flour tortillas (silva brand if available)
Grated Cheddar cheese

Brown the hamburger and saute the onions. Combine these with taco seasoning and add picante sauce to taste. Put 2 heaping tablespoons of meat in each shell. Roll and place in 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Add 1/2 can water to enchilada sauce and pour over rolled tortillas. Grate Cheddar cheese over the top. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
