CREAMY PEACH SALAD 
1 pkg. peach flavored Jello (4 serving size)
1 c. boiling water
1/3 c. cold water
1/2 c. plain yogurt
1 3/4 c. Cool Whip
1 can sliced peaches, chopped (16 oz.)
1/4 c. nuts, optional

Dissolve Jello in boiling water, add cold water. Chill slightly. Blend yogurt with Cool Whip, then blend with Jello mixture. Stir in peaches and nuts. Pour into 8 x 4 inch pan. Chill until set. May now unmold onto platter.
