HANKY PANKIES 
1 lb. ground beef
1 lb. mild sausage
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 onion, diced
1 green pepper, diced
2 loaves cocktail rye

Saute onion and pepper with beef and sausage until browned and meat well done. Melt cheese over low heat. Drain meat and add with cheese, stir until well mixed. Spread on rye bread and place on cookie sheet and freeze. Store in freezer in Ziploc plastic bags.

To serve, put on cookie sheet and heat in oven 15-20 minutes on 325 degrees.
