HAYSTACKS 
1 (16 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 (16 oz.) pkg. butterscotch chips
1 can La Choy dry chow mein noodles
1 bag peanuts (optional)

Melt chips together in a heavy bottom saucepan or in a microwave. Do not over cook. Empty the can of noodles into the chocolate, stir until well mixed. Empty peanuts in also. Stir well. Drop spoonful into cupcake papers, let harden at room temperature, until hard enough to pick up with fingers.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
