MARGARET'S FAVORITE POTATO SALAD
DRESSING
 
1 egg, beaten
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. mustard
1 c. sugar
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise

Cook. Stir while cooking. Bring to a boil and boil for 1 minute. Remove from heat. Makes 3 quarts dressing for potato salad. Pour over precooked cubed potatoes and serve warm or chilled.
