MOM'S CABBAGE PIZZA 
4 c. cabbage, shredded
2 c. onion, shredded
1/2 c. butter
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 (10 oz.) cans Hungry Jack biscuits

In large skillet, melt butter. Add cabbage, onion, salt, and pepper. Cover and cook over medium heat for 10 to 15 minutes or until tender, stirring. Separate biscuits. Place in ungreased 12 inch pizza or 13 x 9 inch pan. Press over bottom and 1/2 inch up sides to form crust. Spoon hot cabbage mixture over crust. Bake at 375 degrees for 18 to 25 minutes or until golden brown. To reheat, wrap loosely in foil and heat at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.

Old all time favorite in our house... Probably not considered a healthy choice, considering the butter, and carbs, but a quick and easy comfort food.
