TENNESSEE BOILED CUSTARD | |
1 qt. milk 4 eggs 1/2 c. sugar 1/2 tsp. salt 3 marshmallows 1 tsp. vanilla In a double boiler, scald milk. Beat eggs, add sugar and salt to eggs. Add with marshmallows to hot milk. Cook until it coats the spoon. Add flavoring. |
