CROCK POT ROAST 
3 lb. beef roast
2 slices onion
1 tsp. garlic salt
2 tsp. salt
1 beef bouillon cube
3 c. water
4 tbsp. oil

Salt and brown beef in oil. Put in a crock pot; lay onion slices on top of roast. Sprinkle beef cube around beef and sprinkle with garlic salt. Cook on high for 8 hours. If desired, put in carrots and potatoes during the last 2 hours of cooking. After all is done, remove meat and use drippings for a gravy.
