SHRIMP PASTA SALAD 
1/2 lb. colored sm. pasta shells
1 lb. shrimp
1 cucumber
2 zucchini
1/4 lb. mushrooms
1/2 green pepper
1/2 red pepper
2 tbsp. dried minced onion
3 cloves fresh garlic
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. sweet basil
Your favorite Italian dressing
1 can olives

Cook pasta - set aside. Slice zucchini, mushrooms and lightly saute in a little olive oil and fresh minced garlic. Set aside. Cut remaining vegetables and add to hot pasta. Combine all together except shrimp and dressing. Let cool then mix in shrimp and salad dressing. Refrigerate.
