SPICY FRESH SALSA 
1 lg. can crushed tomatoes
1 lg. can whole tomatoes (cut into bite-size pieces)
3 cloves garlic, diced or crushed
5 or 6 fresh or canned jalapeno peppers, diced
2 fresh yellow or mild peppers, diced
1 fresh green pepper, diced
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 1/2 tsp. basil
5 or 6 green onions, diced
1 med. sweet onion, diced
2 or 3 stalks celery, diced
Olive oil
Onion powder to taste
Garlic powder to taste

Saute green onions, garlic, and a few pieces of celery in olive oil for about 5 minutes. Set aside. In a large bowl mix all ingredients except for vinegar, onion powder and garlic powder. Add saute ingredients to mixture and simply add vinegar and powders to taste. Refrigerate.
