ELEGANT SPINACH CASSEROLE 
2 (10 oz.0 frozen chopped spinach
1 (14 oz.) can water packed artichoke hearts
1 1/4 stick butter
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 (8 oz.) sliced water chestnuts
Dash of garlic salt (optional)
1/2 c. fresh grated bread crumbs mixed with 2 tbsp. melted butter

Cook spinach, drain well, quarter artichoke hearts and line a buttered dish with hearts (around sides also). Melt butter and add cream cheese, spinach, water chestnuts and garlic salt. Cover artichoke hearts with spinach mixture. Sprinkle top with buttered bread crumbs. Bake covered at 400 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Serves 8.
