HEKA 
3 med. sized onions, chopped
Turkey, chicken or any leftover meat, chopped
2 cans water chestnuts
1 can bamboo shoots
1 can bean sprouts
Sm. bottle soy sauce

You can add 1/2 small cabbage head, shredded, 2 or 3 stalks celery and shredded carrots if desired. Saute onions until tender. (I use old hen cooked until done.) Discard skin and bone from meat. Cut into bite size pieces. Put meat into large pot. Add onion, water chestnuts, bamboo shoots, bean sprouts and soy sauce. If you use the vegetables, put cabbage in about 5 minutes before serving. Serve over dry rice.
