SHRIMP DISH 
20 oz. shrimp, cooked, cleaned & deveined
1 c. or pkg. original UNCLE BEN'S® wild rice
1 clove of garlic, crushed
1/2 c. olive oil
16 oz. tomato sauce
1/2 can water - 2 to 4 oz.
1 cubed green pepper & 1/2 red pepper, cubed
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. basil (I usually put in more oregano & basil), according to your taste

Cook green and red pepper in olive oil with garlic, add tomato sauce, water and spices. Let simmer about 1/2 hour. In the meantime cook rice according to directions on box and also have your shrimp cleaned and deveined.

When this is done get a casserole large enough to hold all ingredients. Place rice on bottom, cut shrimp into bite-size pieces and put on top, then pour over sauce and stir. Put in oven about 20 minutes at 350 degrees or until it is hot.
