WHITE CHILI (TANDI'S VERSION) 
3 cans white Northern beans or about 1 small bag dried beans
1 can chicken broth
1 chicken breast, sautéed and cubed (1 breast for each 3 cans of beans)

After cooking for short time, add chopped green chilies to taste and just before serving, add handful of shredded Monterey Jack cheese (about 1 pound). Serve immediately with hot flour tortillas.
