CREAMY ORANGE DIP 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 (7 oz.) jar marshmallow creme
1/4 c. orange juice
2 tbsp. grated orange rind
1/4 tsp. ground ginger

Combine all ingredients; heat until smooth. Serve with strawberries and angel food cake squares. Makes 1 1/2 cups.
