RHUBARB COBBLER 
4 c. diced rhubarb
3/4 c. sugar
3 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. milk
1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt

Cream sugar and butter. Add milk and sifted dry ingredients alternately. Spread batter over rhubarb in an 8x12 inch baking pan.

For topping, mix: 1 tbsp. cornstarch 1/4 tsp. salt

Sprinkle over batter in pan. Now, pour 1 cup boiling water over all. Bake for 1 hour at 375 degrees.
