SWEET SOUR SPARERIBS 
1 tbsp. oil
1/3 c. flour
1/3 c. shoyu
Ribs
1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. water
1 tsp. salt

Mix oil, flour and shoyu with ribs and let stand 1 hour. Brown ribs in oil and ginger. Drain oil. Add vinegar, sugar, water and salt. Cook until ribs are soft.
