FOOLPROOF PIE CRUST DOUGH 
4 c. flour
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 3/4 c. Crisco
1 egg
1 tbsp. vinegar
1/4 c. cold water

Combine first 3 ingredients. Cut in Crisco. Combine egg, vinegar and cold water and beat slightly. Make well in center of dry ingredients and add liquids. Stir until combined. Use as needed or separate into 4ths and freeze. This recipe freezes very well. To use, let warm slightly and then use.
