1 box German chocolate cake mix
1 stick butter
1 egg

Mix cake mix, melted butter and egg together; pat firmly in bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan.

1 box confectioners' sugar
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
2 eggs

Mix and pour over cake mix and bake at 350 degrees until done, about 25 minutes.
