DOUBLY DELICIOUS CHOCOLATE
COOKIES
 
2 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
2 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 c. butter
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Melt 2 1/2 cups chocolate chips and stir until smooth. In large bowl combine butter, sugar, brown sugar and vanilla. Add melted chocolate and eggs. Gradually add baking soda, salt and flour. Stir in remaining 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips.

Drop by rounded tablespoons onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 8 minutes for chewy, 9-10 minutes for crispy cookies. Let stand for 2-3 minutes before removing from cookie sheet.
