HAUSENFEIFFER 
2 cans tomato sauce
1/2 to 3/4 c. water
1 beef bouillon cube
1 tbsp. salt
1 tsp. black pepper
1 carrot, sliced
1 tsp. hickory smoked salt
2 dashes seasoning salt
1/2 onion, diced
4 stalks celery, diced
1 whole tomato, diced
1 boned rabbit, cubed (or 2 c. of chicken for the faint of heart)

Combine all ingredients except the meat and simmer for 30 minutes or until the carrots are cooked. Meanwhile, brown the meat well. Add meat to the stew mixture and simmer another 10 minutes. Serve and enjoy. Stew will be spicy, but not hot.
