2 sticks butter
1 c. sugar
1 egg yolk
1 egg white
2 c. flour
2 tsp. cinnamon
Pecan halves

Cream butter and sugar; add egg yolk and mix. Add flour and cinnamon and mix. Spread on cookie sheet. Beat egg white and spread over dough. Press pecan halves on cookie dough, or grind the pecans and sprinkle them over the dough, and bake at 400 degrees for 45 minutes. Cut into sticks while warm.
