LITTLE PORCUPINES 
1 lb. hamburger
1/2 c. raw rice
1 tbsp. finely chopped onion
2 tbsp. finely chopped bell pepper
1 tsp. garlic salt
2 tbsp. sugar
2 c. tomato juice
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Wash rice; drain. Combine rice, hamburger, onion, bell pepper, garlic salt and celery salt. Form into balls about 1 1/2 inches in diameter. Heat tomato juice, cinnamon, sugar and Worcestershire sauce in a heavy skillet. Drop in meatballs. Cover tightly. Simmer 50 minutes.
