CHICKEN & RICE 
1 pkg. UNCLE BEN'S® chicken and vegetable rice
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 to 3 c. chicken (thighs & breasts), cut in chunks
Cheddar cheese, grated

Boil chicken parts. Cut in chunks. Cook rice according to directions on box. Add soup. Mix well. Put in 8 or 9 inch pan. Add chicken chunks. Stir. Sprinkle cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees about 30 to 45 minutes. Great doubled and used for company.
