LOW CALORIE PINEAPPLE PIE 
1 c. graham cracker crumbs
3 tbsp. butter
1 (8 oz.) pkg. light cream cheese, softened
10 pkg. sweetener substitute
2 1/2 c. crushed pineapple, in its own juice, drained
Dietetic Whipped Topping

Prepare topping according to the package directions. Make enough for 1 1/2 cups whipped. Mix crumbs and butter. Reserve 2 tablespoons for the top. Press into a pie plate. Chill.

Whip cream cheese and sweetener until fluffy. Stir in the pineapple. Fold prepared topping into the pineapple mixture. Spread over the crust. Sprinkle with the reserved crumbs. Chill and serve.
