CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 c. uncooked rice
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 cans water
1/2 pkg. dry onion soup mix
1 or 2 fryers, cut up

Sprinkle rice in a flat baking dish. Pour soup evenly on top. Add water. Sprinkle with dry onion soup.

Place chicken (skin side up) on top. Sprinkle lightly with salt and paprika. Cover with foil. Bake at 325 degrees for two hours. Uncover last half hour to brown.
